Red 2020 - Organic
Blend of Grenache and Syrah carefully hand picked from plot selection. Long maceration and extraction by gentle punching down. The juices are vinified in wooden vats. The blend is then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is aged for another 12 months in stainless steel vats and lightly filtered before bottling.
A fresh and elegant Chateauneuf du Pape which sublimates the fruity character of Grenache of this unique terroir.
This rich, elegant Cuvée is perfect with red meats grilled or stewed, venison and bull meat.
Red 2019 - Organic Conversion
The 12-ha vineyard under organic conversion is located on the gentle slopes which extend over the Rhone River.
A very well-balanced Cru, a solar cuvée in which our passion for the terroir is expressed with the meticulous work done with the Syrah so emblematic of the northern Rhône Valley. Vinified in concrete tank and aged 12 months in old barrels, our Crozes-Hermitage is a complex and elegant wine offering a silky mouth that is expressed through round and melted tannins over a controlled power.

A beautiful ruby red color with purplish highlights. Its expressive and complex nose develops aromas of morello cherry and blackberry. Its mouth is round and silky with a balanced structure of fine tannins.
A very elegant wine, fresh and fruity perfect to accompany white meat, lamb and Mediterranean and asian cuisine.

This Cairanne comes from plot selections of the best terroirs of the appellation. The harvest is destemmed then vinified under controlled temperature for 15 to 20 days. The wine is then aged 10 to 12 months in concrete tanks to keep all of its fruit.
A wine well balanced, round, fruity and well-structured with silky tannins and a nice long spicy finish.
An elegant Cairanne, perfect to accompany grilled or roasted meats, game birds and truffles.
Côtes du Rhône
Old Vines Red 2019
Definitely a wine of character that brings together roundness and silkiness. This generous Cotes du Rhone “old vine” is the expression of authentic terroirs where the grapes grow under the southern sunshine. It is aged in concrete vats for 6 to 9 months.
An very expressive, rich and complex red wine with a nose of stewed red fruits and spicy notes. Its mouth is fruity, well-structured but supple with a delicate peppery finish.
A generous and fruity red wine, excellent to accompany grilled or roasted meats, lamb, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
This premium Ventoux is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes harvested on the foothills of legendary Mount Ventoux benefiting from optimal sunshine.
Aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months, this elegant wine offers a very expressive nose of black fruits with notes of oriental spices and pepper. Its mouth is fruity, unctuous with soft tannins and delicate peppery notes.
This wine is excellent to accompany any dish of grilled or roasted meat, delicatessen and spicy cuisine.
Costières de Nîmes
Blend of Syrah, Grenache and Marselan this delightful wine is vinified at temperature controlled and aged in stainless steel tank for a minimum of 12 months to preserve all the expression of the fruit.
An authentic Costieres de Nimes, rich and balanced offering an expressive nose of black fruits with notes of black olive and pepper.
Its very fruity and silky mouth is enhanced by a fresh finish of eucalyptus and laurel notes. An excellent choice to accompany any grilled meat or spicy cuisine.

Gold Medal Gilbert & Gaillard 2021
Grenache and Roussanne are grown on the characteristic soils of the appellation covered by rolled river pebble stones named “grès”. Harvested at night or early morning, the berries are gently pressed and cold fermented under temperature controlled to keep the fruitiness. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tank.
A rich and balanced Costieres de Nimes white with a captivating nose with aromas of almonds, pear in syrup and notes of candied lemon. The mouth is full and fruity with a fresh finish.
A perfect wine for aperitif and to accompany white meats, river fish, shellfish and cheeses.
Coteaux du Pont du Gard
Le Rosé des Seigneurs 2021
A blend of Grenache gris, Nielluccio and Syrah planted on the southernmost terraces of the Rhône, this rosé combines freshness and expression of fruit with notes of citrus and flowers.
A wine that is both gourmand and thirst-quenching, with a supple palate and a lovely tangy freshness on the finish. A perfect rosé for summer aperitifs or to accompany Mediterranean, spicy or Asian cuisine.
Coteaux du Pont du Gard
Each variety is harvested and vinified separately. The berries are harvested at full ripeness and the fermentation is made under temperature control conditions in stainless vats for two weeks with daily pumping over. The juices are separately aged 3 month before blending. The wine is then aged minimum 12 month before bottling.
A pleasure wine to enjoy in its youth with beef BBQ, Mediterranean and Asian food, matured cheese, or dark chocolate.
