A blend of Grenache and Syrah planted on soils of rolled pebbles and saffron, the most qualitative of the appellation Chateauneuf du Pape, carefully picked by hand. The juices are vinified separately in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats. The blend is then aged for 12 to 15 months in oak casks. The wine is aged for another 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vats and lightly filtered before bottling.
A fresh and elegant Chateauneuf du Pape which sublimates the fruity character of Grenache and this unique terroir.
This rich, elegant Cuvée is perfect with red meats grilled or stewed, venison and bull meat.
